Jonathan is an experienced and people-focused Head of Sales with over two decades of experience in financial services. Since joining First Response Finance in 2004, he's held a variety of roles across sales and underwriting, working his way up to lead the national sales team. 

Having started his career at GMAC Financial Services and HBOS, Jonathan brought a strong foundation in underwriting to his leadership at First Response Finance. Now, his day-to-day focus is on supporting the team, building lasting relationships with dealers, and helping more customers access the vehicle finance they need - especially those in sub-prime markets.

He's also a strong advocate for continuous learning and company culture. In recent years, he's taken on a CIPD Level 7 Diploma in Strategic People Management to further support his leadership and people development goals. From team-building events to cross-office collaboration, Jonathan champions a culture that helps people thrive - personally and professionally.

Based in Nottinghamshire, Jonathan is passionate about pushing the business forward while ensuring the customer experience remains simple, fair, and supportive.
