One of the UK's Top 10 Companies

In 2018 we became the UK’s 10th Best Company to Work For – the third time in the top 10.

Best companies results

We’ve been a part of The Sunday Times Best Companies for 8 years now which is a massive achievement as we’ve also grown a lot within this time frame.

We’re now a company with almost 300 staff (classed as ‘mid-sized’) across three different locations.

Why Best Companies?

We use Best Companies as a benchmark for year on year improvement and as a measure of staff happiness rather than as a sales tool.

Of course being a Best Company has its bonuses such as helping with recruitment and keeping staff moral high.

All staff fill in questionnaires about Wellbeing, My Manager, My Company, Personal Growth and Leadership and the results are calibrated by the team at Best Companies.

In 2015 our CEO implemented internal feedback sessions in order to drive more honesty across the business.

Best Companies 2016

These sessions asked employees what was wrong with the business and how we could improve, this then drove our best ever result of 7th!

82% believe the business is not dominated by profit and budget.

Since starting Best Companies we've come a long way.

Being rated in the UK's Best Companies is testimony of how our company culture of improving and developing our people is truly ‘extraordinary’, this in turn reflects in the service we offer to all our customers.
