The Platinum badge is Feefo’s highest honour and is reserved exclusively for companies that have achieved the Gold Trusted Service Award for at least three years in a row. To reach this level, businesses must:

  • Receive 50+ verified reviews per year
  • A three-year streak of excellence
  • Maintain a service rating of 4.5 or above
