In addition, our sales force aim to build long standing relationships with our car dealer base and to aid our Customer Experience team in the resolution of customer complaints.

Now Hiring - Account Manager (IDM)
Our Account Managers Internal Dealer Managers (IDM for short) are First Response's in-house relationship builders.
They are responsible for prospecting and developing used car dealer relationships over the phone by adopting a regular call pattern with excellent follow up to ensure their needs are identified and met. They also aim to maximize geographical territories to their fullest potential, bringing the choice of our products to as many dealerships as possible.
None of our Account Managers work towards targets. We do not believe in targets at First Response, we simply ask that our team work to their fullest potential each and every day.
Business Development Manager (BDM)
Location: On the road but part of the Sales team in Glasgow or Nottingham
They work closely with our IDMs to identify and maintain dealer relationships. They focus on helping and supporting dealerships to sell more cars thorough analysis of their business model and helping them improve their own sales. Finally, they play a key role in providing feedback on competitors and the changing environment within the marketplace, specifically finding where our own products can have potential enhancements.
