Learning & Support

The Learning & Support Team

Our Learning & Support team’s mantra is "Obtain Maintain Retain"

What do they mean by that?

Obtain:
To employ the right people for our business. This requires having a robust recruitment strategy and clear processes to source value-driven people that will thrive within our culture.

Maintain:
To ensure that all of our staff receive quality training and support to provide a high level of skill and knowledge within their role. This ranges from Post-Induction to getting great at the day job.

Retain:
To have clear progression paths, whether it be in the day to day role, leadership, or cross department. Learning & Support are continually looking at ways in which First Response can improve the current offerings and looking for new ways to develop our people.
