The Account Management Team
Our Account Management team are responsible for the day to day running of all of our customers’ finance agreements. They deal with all of our current customers’ needs, including any payment issues, and customer service queries and sometimes, more serious arrears cases.
The Account Management team is completely focused on offering the most appropriate solution to our customers’ needs and work with them as an individual towards the best outcome.
Our Account Managers are responsible for pretty much any issues, concerns or questions the customer might want to discuss once their agreement is live. Therefore, on a typical day there is a lot of variety which requires organisation, flexibility and negotiation when dealing with our customers over the phone.
Some conversations may be difficult for the customer to approach with us so a good level of listening, understanding and assertiveness is sometimes required.
Account Management will use a set of clear principles but will also have the freedom to approach each situation on its own merit as there is no 'one size fits all' approach.
