Everything you need to know…

What is a business degree apprenticeship?

A business degree apprenticeship gives you the opportunity to go to university, paid for by us (your employer) whilst working towards a chartered manager degree alongside working full time with us. A great way to get a degree, without the student debt!

What is different about us?

Unlike other apprenticeships, First Response guarantee a full-time job at the end of your apprenticeship, alongside great career developing opportunities to ensure you have an established career with us (check out our career potentials page to see what our past apprentice’s careers developed after they graduated). You will also receive a competitive salary, increasing to the top salary band in your department of choice upon completion of your apprenticeship, as well as an annual bonus scheme and lots of other great company benefits!

During your apprenticeship you will study a Chartered Manager Degree at a top 10 university, gain 4 years work experience across different departments at First Response Finance and kick start your career in the department of your choice at the end of your apprenticeship.
