First Response currently has Visions and Values that were created as part of a different organisation, and while we respect and applaud the hard work that went into generating these, we need to recognise that a ‘new’ First Response is emerging with new leadership, staff and a developing culture. 

 

Our CEO Don Brough, has outlined that First Response Finance Ltd doesn’t start with profit, it starts with People.

 

If you take care of your People, it’s reasonable to presume that they will take care of providing an excellent Service and support improvements by making suggestions of how to do this.

 

As a company, if you take care to provide an excellent Service, it’s reasonable to presume that your customers will want to do more business with you, and that should take care of the Profit.

 

It is our aim to be a ‘best in class’ sub-prime financial services company, offering a range of facilities and financial products to it’s customers, delivered by well trained and committed employees working together to achieve excellent levels of service and long term profits.
